Terms of Service
Last updated: February 15, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Redapt ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Redapt is currently in closed development — features, limits, and pricing may change as we develop the product. We will notify you of material changes.
2. What Redapt provides
Redapt is an image delivery platform that lets you upload image assets, create variants, and configure campaign-based routing rules so the same URL can serve different images based on time, parameters, or other conditions. We host and serve your images through a global edge network.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to Redapt. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transform, and serve that content as needed to operate the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and distribute any content you upload.
4. Fair Use Policy
Redapt is designed for product image management and campaign delivery. To keep the service reliable for all users, the following fair use limits apply:
| Resource | Beta limit |
|---|---|
| Storage per account | 5 GB |
| Individual file size | 10 MB per image |
| Assets per account | 500 assets |
| Variants per asset | 20 variants |
| Active campaigns | 50 campaigns |
| Delivery requests | 100,000 requests / month |
| Bandwidth | 50 GB / month |
These limits are generous for normal product image use. If you consistently exceed them, we will reach out to discuss your needs before taking any action. Limits may be adjusted as we finalize pricing.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use Redapt to:
- General-purpose CDN or file hosting — Redapt is for product images and campaign assets, not bulk file storage, video hosting, or software distribution.
- Abuse or exploitation — automated scraping, DDoS amplification, hotlink abuse, or any activity that degrades the service for other users.
- Illegal content — hosting content that violates applicable law, including copyrighted material you don't have rights to distribute.
- Malicious payloads — uploading files containing malware, scripts disguised as images, or content designed to exploit browser vulnerabilities.
- Circumventing limits — creating multiple accounts to bypass fair use limits, or automating account creation.
6. Rate limiting and enforcement
We may apply rate limits to protect infrastructure. If your usage pattern suggests abuse or significantly exceeds fair use limits, we will:
- Notify you and explain the issue.
- Give you reasonable time to adjust usage.
- Throttle delivery if the issue persists.
- Suspend the account only as a last resort.
We will not delete your content without notice except in cases of clearly illegal material.
7. Availability and beta disclaimer
Redapt is in beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime or offer an SLA during this period. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or delivery failures during beta.
We recommend keeping local copies of your original assets. Do not rely on Redapt as your sole backup for critical content.
8. Account termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your uploaded content will be deleted within 30 days. Campaign routing rules will be unpublished immediately.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redapt's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free beta period, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from delivery failures or campaign scheduling errors.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
